For the people who aren’t familiar with you (or just want to know more), tell us a bit about yourself.
I’m Director of Relauncher, an online destination for Beauty, Health, Wellbeing & Lifestyle. Based in Sydney, I’m a lover of being outdoors. I thrive on living a healthy & happy lifestyle through being active and enjoying yummy healthful foods & drinks!
What made you choose the path of leading a healthy life and was there a particular turning point?
I’ve always been into living a healthy life. I’m a Perth girl, so my childhood consisted of almost daily beach visits, lots of netball and enjoying a healthy eating life. Although this was the case, I’ve always been a huge fan of sweet foods.
It was 2 years ago that I had an operation and had to go on a liquid diet for about a week as post-operative care. It meant that I was forced to stop the chocolate, which was the best thing ever!
I continued with no chocolate when I was able to eat again, and proceeded to cut out the hidden sugars in my diet. Sarah Wilson’s IQS e-book was released about 2 months later, and I realised that I was onto something. The rest has continued to unfold through living mindfully.

- Almond Milk
How important is clean, nutrient rich food in your diet? Do you follow a certain style (ie raw, vegan, paleo etc)
So important to me! This is where my health stems from. I have a very low sugar diet (stick to less than 7g / sugar most of the time), no dairy and no gluten. This is what makes my body feel good.
How do you like to move and keep fit? Is exercise an important part of your life?
Yes, I’m a big lover of exercise. When I lived in London, I used to go to the gym 3x per day (before work, lunchtime, after work). I was completely addicted to the way it made me feel. It was so over the top!
Now I am much more balanced and do yoga, pilates, cycling & running. I really enjoy exercising, & mixing up what I do.
Who or what has been the biggest influence on your health journey? These days we’re influenced by so many different sources – from friends, family, blogs, magazines and now even Instagram!!
I love Instagram – I follow such a great community on there (including yourself)! I’m also a big lover of reading blogs. Having everything at your fingertips allows for so much inspiration to flow!

As your parting gift to us – what is your favourite item at the moment?
