Have you registered for the first ever N+TC Tour in Sydney yet?!

Nike Australia is set to raise the bar on women’s training and fitness with an epic workout experience like no other. On Saturday, 2 May at Carriageworks in Sydney 2,500 women will sweat it out at Australia’s first ‘Nike+ Training Club (N+TC) Tour’ event- a full day of studio workouts and high-intensity training designed for those who want to push to new limits and smash personal goals.

N+TC Tour is an inspiring, fun five-hour training challenge led by Nike Master Trainers, and will be held in 13 cities around the world in 2015, including Dubai, Hong Kong, Istanbul, Mexico City, Moscow, Southern California and Stockholm. The tour joins women together around the world under the common goal of crushing the workout, and introduces them to new fitness experiences and communities.

I was lucky enough to be invited to the media Nike launch at the start of March and we were treated to a killer workout by local Nike Master Trainer, Kirsty Godso plus introduced to the newest technologies in workout clothes – never again will I train in the wrong fabric or shoes it actually makes the world of difference!

As of last week, women can register for the experience taking place May 2, which combines workouts ranging from Nike+ Training Club, Tabata intervals, yoga, spinning and boot camp-type drills designed to test fitness limits in a high-energy environment, led by Kirsty.

During moments of rest, women will have access to premium Nike services and products, including lounge areas, social media hubs, beauty and massage stations and the opportunity to view current Nike collections. Women will also be treated to show-stopping performances from top entertainers, serving as the ultimate reward for a day rich in achievement.

The N+TC Tour event on 2 May will be the culmination of an eight week training program, also designed by Kirsty Godso, to help prepare women the five hour workout. The program involves both strength training and running that are easily accessible via the free N+TC app or Nike-run training sessions across Sydney.

Women will also have the additional motivation of a specially selected group of Nike trainers and athletes who will help women reach their fitness goals.

Registrations are now open today at www.nike.com/nikewomens and Nike Women Facebook page.
