HIIT workout

6 minute rounds, AMRAP (as many rounds as possible in the time, you should get through the below at least 1 ½ times)

Round 1

  • 15 leap frog squat jumps
  • 15 booty lifts
  • 15 walking lunges hold weight
  • 15 X squat jumps

Once the 6 minutes is up, rest for 90 seconds

Round 2 (6 minute rounds, AMRAP)

  • 60 second plank
  • 12 triceps hand release push up
  • 12 dips
  • 50 mountain climbers
  • 10 plank get ups/commandos each side

Round 3 (6 minute rounds, AMRAP)

  • 30 russian twists
  • 15 sit ups
  • 200 meter sprint (or 100 skips)
  • 30 bicycle crunch
  • 15 side plank arm weave through (each side)
  • 200 meter sprint (or 100 skips)

Round 4

  • You are going set the timer to 5 minutes

Then complete 8 reps of everything doing 1 burpee in-between each movement ie 8 leap frog squat jumps, 1 burpee, 8 booty lifts (each side),1 burpee until the 5 minutes is up.

Once finished STRETCH!!!
