Donna Aston

Donna has been working in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. Many years spent as an overweight teenager fuelled her passion and drive to develop a career as a professional fitness trainer.

As well as being a certified fitness trainer and nutritionist, this active lady has also written six internationally acclaimed books on topics such as ‘weight loss’ and ‘how to look good naked’.

But don’t be fooled into thinking Donna’s success is down to luck. It’s reported that she has worked for a minimum of 12 hours a day for the past 25 years proving that with hard work, determination and passion you can turn what you love into a career.

Jen Dugard

The woman behind ‘Tough Mums’ is a fitness specialist who makes it her mission to show mums that they can achieve the body and lifestyle of their dreams.

After having grown the largest fitness group exercise classes for mums in Sydney, Jen is now focused on scaling her business and is working on mentoring other likeminded mums to become ‘Body Beyond Baby’ trainers.

With an impressive array of qualifications, including Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness, Jen is at the top of her game and helps to prove that commitment to gaining the right qualifications can really pay off.

Sally Matterson

Family health scares and an aspiration to feel as good as she did when she was young have driven Sally to become one of the best personal trainers in the country.

Sally has taken her passion for living a fit and healthy lifestyle and has embraced technology with her online training program. The result of Sally’s enterprising vision has been an app with training videos, meal plans and healthy recipes. Sally has created a cost effective way for women to keep fit across Australia.

Amelia Phillips

This Sydney mother of one is one of the co-founders of the world famous Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation program.

After studying a Science Degree that specialised in ‘human movement’, Amelia went on to build an impressive resume that includes personal trainer, health club owner and nutritionist.

In her spare time Amelia practices what she preaches and enjoys running, boxing and weights.

Last, not but least is Michelle Bridges – arguably the most well-known and highly regarded fitness professionals in Australia. At the age of just 14, Michelle started running her own fitness classes, going on to become a certified fitness instructor at the age of 18.

Today, Michelle is best known as a trainer on the TV show Australia’s Biggest Loser, and has expanded her fitness empire to include healthy living books and a 12-week body transformation plan.
