Fitness In The City PT sessions draws on all aspects including health coaching, nutrition and of course fitness to guide you to better health. You just can’t have one without the other – it is true what they say, you can’t out train a bad diet (or stress or lack of sleep for that matter!).

After a thorough initial consultation a personalized program will be written for you as well as a take home program to complete in-between sessions.

No two sessions will ever be the same, we will use a range of different equipment including;

I cater to all fitness levels by utilising functional movement patterns and interval training.

Research has shown that High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) is a much more efficient way to burn fat and achieve results. HIIT involves alternating between high and low intensity bouts of exercise which will help

• Increase aerobic capacity
• Increase lactate threshold
• Improve insulin sensitivity
• Burn more fat
