Small group training is a great inexpensive way to train with likeminded people in a fun environment. Numbers are limited to 10 people to ensure each person gets personal attention while also limited risks of injury.

Fitness In The City classes have a strong focus on form and core strengthening, they also incorporate equipment such as Kettlebells, boxing, suspension training, sandbags, medicine balls (plus more) to ensure you (and your body) never get bored – we always strive for progression to help you get the best results!

This pack is for twice a week training– but because I know there are just times you can’t make training – you can do a makeup sessions at another of our regular sessions.
